If something goes wrong

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your enquiry, tell us by phone or using the contact page, and we will reply within a reasonable time. We will look into it and tell you what we have found.

Complaints about surveyors and contractors

If your complaint is about the work of a surveyor or contractor, raise it with them first. If they hold an accreditation or licence, their accrediting body or the HSE can advise on further steps. We will pass on your concern if you ask us to.
