Who we are

This website is operated by Liverpool Asbestos Removal. If you contact us, we are the controller of the personal data you give us. Contact details are on the contact page.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we collect the name, phone number, email address, postcode, property type, service and message you enter, and any photographs you attach. If you phone us we may note the details you give. Our analytics tools may collect anonymous usage data, such as which pages are viewed and which call buttons are tapped.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and to pass it, with your photographs, to an independent partner surveyor or, where you have asked for a removal quote, to licensed removal contractors, so that they can contact you. We do not sell your data. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Processors

Enquiries from the online form are delivered to us by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes the form on our behalf. Photographs you attach are sent as email attachments. Our website host and analytics provider also process limited technical data.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to withdraw consent, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for ordinary record keeping.
